Representing internationally renowned brands is business as usual for us.
We recognise that to to protect these brands is just as much our duty as protecting Direct Sales as an industry. Ranger has set the bar and continues to reinvent itself to stay at the top of its game. In light of Ranger´s average client contract length of 5 years, we are obviously doing something right.

When working with Ranger the subject of quality will repeatedly come up. This is fundamental to our business: In our company the law of inseparability of sales and quality applies. Every campaign has its own key figures and performance indicators.

One of the key processes in controlling quality is direct verification. This does not just consist of random spot checks. Our Service Centres contact every single customer by telephone to confirm the content of the order and the customer´s understanding of it. As a positive side-effect this call can be used to clarify any additional queries that have arisen. Quality for Ranger also means following up on attrition rates and ensuring we are acquiring the right customer for the right product to ensure longevity.

Ranger invests heavily in the training of our sales force. We have introduced an efficient monitoring system and guidelines to which we voluntarily confine ourselves.
