Ranger Direct Verification
One component of our quality assurance is the verification of all orders.
Without exception every new customer receives a call back a few minutes after the consultation by one of the Ranger Service Centres in Düsseldorf, Saarbrücken, Prague or Budapest.
1. Consultation
The basis of professional direct sales is well-trained employees who are in permanent and full-time employment. Ranger invests a lot in modern training – such as, for example, e-learning, its own “Ranger TV” production, daily training at regional offices and much more.
2. Transmission
The data is transmitted by the sales agent to one of our service center agents immediately after the customer meeting. One of our many agents submits all the information to the next department, verification.
3. Verification
Every customer receives a so-called Quality Call the purpose of which is to check the content and desire of the customer to have the particular product. Any questions that have arisen can be clarified and any issues promptly solved to the satisfaction of the customer. Upon inputting the original order and transmission to the product partner, the process is completed.
