TIPS FOR A RELIABLE SALES CONSULTATION
1. Identification
Authorised sales representatives visibly wear photo identification:
Who is standing in front of me and on behalf of what company?
For any queries the representative will leave his contact details.
2. Information
The information is complete and truthful.
The legal and locally applied right of withdrawal will not be omitted.
Original brochures and application forms will be used.
A copy of the application will be retained by the customer.
3. Procedure after conclusion of the contract
Immediately after conclusion of the contract the customer will receive a telephone call: In the call the entire content will be confirmed again and the consultation meeting assessed.
Upon conclusion nor at any other time will we a Ranger sales representative ask for cash payment of fees.
4. Proper and friendly conduct
Sales representatives who are permanently employed are subject to a very strict code of conduct, which is a part of their employment contract. They do not talk customers into signing an application but simply present possibilities and advise to the benefit of the customer.
At the request of consumers, we do not take contracts to be submitted at a later date.
